Hi, we had a B-414,434 and 384 all the same as 444. The 444 model was between 434 and 384. Had excellent service from this series of UK built IH tractors. They are a very reliable tractor in the 35 to 40HP range. The BD-154 engine is a glow plug start Diesel and when it gets to near zero F it will require a coolant heater. We used an lower rad hose inline heater in both B-414 and 434 but 384 came with a dealer installed tank heater.
