I rebuilt my carb, and set it per instructions. Both the idle mix screw and main fuel screw are set so they are about 3/8 turn beyond the smooth-running point. The engine starts instantly, (less than one second cranking), accelerates real smoothly, has plenty of power, no smoke, no problems. My worry? Both screws wound up set at 1 turn open. My worry is the main fuel screw. It is only 1 turn open. Seems like it runs perfectly, but if it is lean, is that bad? All the info I have seen says 2 1/2 turns open. I only use the H for around-the-place chores, no heavy pulling. Thanks guys.
