If the fuel line is original, the nut and attached ferrule is different than just about ANYTHING you're gonna find. It is NOT the same as a double-flared brake fitting, or an off-the-shelf compression fitting. If you are going to use a mickey mouse sediment bowl you'll need to change the fitting at the end of the line. An IH dealer that has been around about forever MIGHT have a brass adapter from "back in the day" to fit the fuel line, but that would be about the only chance of finding something that's a direct fit.
