There is no such thing as a rebuild kit. If you are lucky you can get a couple things at the same place. To the best of my knowledge new sleeves and pistons don't exist unless you make them (or NOS).
I have/will have a bunch of spare parts like a crank, a fixable head, some pistons and rods. I will have a good set of 4.4" pistons if I can find a set of 4.5" pistons for a "reasonable" price.
