Jakee, The serial number prefix on the O-4 is OBH while the serial number prefix on the OS-4 is OBHS, therefore if the serial number plate is intact, you cannot pass one off as the other. The outside part of the full coverage fenders is removable in order to change the tires, but I am not sure wether or not the fenders were designed with the necessary strength to operate daily with the outside removed. The floorboards are different due to the different attachments to the fenders. I am not sure about the rear rims. The standard tire sizes were 11-26 4 ply rear and 5.50-16 4 ply front. Optional were 12-26 and 13-26 6 ply rear and 5.50-16 6 ply and 6.00-16 4 or 6 ply front. Hope this information helps. Harold H
