Either massive disassembly and replacement of bushings and seals, or draining the existing fluid from the front bearing nut, and rincing and drying (no drain on it), then putting Mobil-1 synthetic chassis lube (red) into the box through the top (which was removed to clean out the old oil) this material will stay in the box and be fine for a very og time. If the steering is loose and wobbly, with more than 6" of play before turning the front wheels, I would rebuild it. If pretty tight the grease is a great solution. Jim
