One for the folks who know about the Farmall AM tractor. I have not seen the machine yet, but am told that it is in good order, runs well, good tyres etc. Do I assume same value as for a Farmall M? The only real difference I can seen between an M and an AM is the coil ignition fitted to AM tractors and (sometimes) the bigger rear wheels on AM tractors. It would be nice to have one on the farm beside the 1939 M and the 1940 H, though it will have to earn its keep working on the farm. Any ideas - don't want to pay too much and don't want to rip the chap off - have to sleep well at night.
