The "dual PTO" should fit right onto the one that you took the single PTO off of. The right angle PTO is for a belt pulley, usually a flat belt, but some applications use a v belt pulley there, such as for a belly mower. If you take the belt pulley off the shaft, it won't interfere with any implements that I know of. Also, if the belt pulley is not on the right angle unit, then there is supposed to be a sleeve and heavy washer held by a bolt in the end of the splined shaft. The sleeve is there to hold a bushing in place where the seal is located. The seal runs on the bushing and if you don't have the retainer seal there, you may lose the bushing and then you will have a big oil leak.
