If you want an M, hold out for the M.
Otherwise you're going to end up with this H, and settle for a lesser M in the future that you'll just have to sink a ton of money into to make it what you want it to be.
Do what I do - take the money you would have spent on this - stick it in a jar, then add your change & dollar bills to it every day until you can find what you really want.
Having that extra cash, whatever it turns out to be, will only expand your buying opportunities.
It's very tough not acting on impulse, but you'll be glad you waited when you see a perfect condition M with all sorts of extras sitting in some old timer's barn.
