Here is an idea to consider. Buy a second H, and while you are gone, let the kids fix it, clean it up, paint it and so forth, and mount its seat to fit them. They will LOVE having something to work on "for Daddy" while you are gone, gives them something to be excited about to tell you their progress when you can call, or to write to you about when you can't, and teaches them patience and perseverance as well, because they will not be done with that thing in one day, for sure! It will also give you a second tractor to back up your first if something breaks on it at a critical time, or to just help out while working around the place since two tractors by definition do twice the work of one tractor.
