I suggest you do something like this rather than spending time trying to get the plow to work at the rear. You will never be happy with it.
This is a modified Fisher plow frame. If you don't have enough available hydraulic valves, use the plow's original pump, valves, and joystick.
The struts to the rear attach to an inverted H, M, 300-350, 400-450, 460-560 and other similar horseshoe drawbars. Inverted means facing forward rather than rearward. This can be done even if you have a Fast Hitch.
If you want to go nutz, you can add alot more, I am currently adding a crane and outriggers to this plow frame.
