your rim size will determine the tire size. What size are the truck tires currently on there? The rim diameter is the most important number to know. the width is forgiving within a couple inches most of the time. You could find used rim and tire assemblies in the size you require as long as the offset and bolt pattern will work. agricultural equipment has had fairly standard rim bolt patterns for over 50 years.
