Can't remember all the serial # breaks without looking them up. But yes the w6 parts can be used. You need to use the w6 input shaft, 4&5 sliding gear 2&3 sliding gear and 3&4 double gear from the counter shaft and install in the M at the least. Some or all(can't remember) will change the 3rd or 4th speed in a M. Or you can use all the W6 transmission gears in a M as a set. Some change 1st, reverse, 3rd or 4th speeds. Or you can put the w6 transmission housing with gears complete in a M. Ring and pinion will be different and speed up ground speeds. Several ways parts can be swapped around between the two, if you post the serial # of both with what you would like to change I can probably tell you how to go about it.
