here is a picture of what I got. The oil filter was a tall one so yes I would say it was a 40 model. Also the transmission deck did not have the place for the seat cast in it like the 39 did. the serial number was also 40*** Also the distlate manifold was on it and the lever still moved but I couldn't get it because someone else had spoke for it.
