It's an M,and not a super M, correct?
If I could complain about something on an M, it'd be the gearing. 4th gear to me is just in the middle of nowhere useful.
It's too fast for plowing, or doing any other work, yet, too slow for getting somwhere quick. If you're not on a smooth road, 5th is too fast. But 4th really crawls.
I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the super M's are faster in 4th, and even faster on the 300. Hard to say by feel alone since I've only driven a 300 a couple times. Tractordata should have that info.
I'm partial to the M just "because" - but if I were stuck on a desert island and could only have one of those tractors to work with, I'd lean towards the 300.
IF however it's a super M you're considering, I'd lean back that way.
