My personal opinion is if your SC already has the Fast-Hitch, it's worth the effort to at least try to find the F-H implements. If you don't already have it, just finding the complete F-H setup for the tractor will probably not be easy and the 3 point setup plus the ease of finding implements would be the way to go. There are also Fast-Hitch to 3 point adaptors that might work for you... one that is all one piece and has an upside-down U bracket with hooks instead of balls for the lower links and used a short top link (I believe this was an IH factory adaptor), and others that had two lower pieces with the swivel balls and a separate bracket for a standard top link.
I used F-H implements on a SC while in high school (1956 thru '60) and had no problems with any of them... we had a 2x14" plow, 7' tandem disk, 7' mower, rear section of a cultivator and a Carry-All that were Fast-Hitch. Properly parked, these could just be backed into and picked up... no getting off the tractor, which as a kid, I thought was pretty cool.
