Ellis, I agree. Let's face it, that tractor is worth around $800 as scrap metal. And that M+W governor is worth $300+ it seems on ebay. I paid $1000 for a super C that needs Overhaul this summer. I thought I was nuts, but if you look at it as a $500 tractor with a $500 wide front end on it, (it has a wide front, I think they're going for $300-$500) it dosen't seem like such a bad deal. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. -Andy
