A stock H is about 152 cubic inches, compare this to my two four cylinder cars Honda 2.2 140 HP stock ('corse it turns like 6,000 RPMs) 2.3 Ford 205 HP stock (turbo and again like 5-6,000 rpms) look at the Ford 2.3 hsc engine (Tempo/Topaz) its 2/3s of a 200 six cylinder at 144 cubic inches and 90 HP at 4,700 rpms. Doesn't seem to unreasonable that you could push a 152 inch to 120 hp, make it bigger or turn it a little faster than the 1800 it was set for. Balance & beef up as needed it had a six quart oil pan and 4 gallons of coolant so you should be able to control the heat.
