Good ebayers are out there. I've had luck so far, one time I messaged the seller complaining about some bird poop on the pages of a manual described as good condition and they sent another copy in fair condition without poop and refunded half. All I wanted was to let them know they should have caught the poop before the auction, and/or described appropriately.
I don't think i've bought from marty, although there was a similar type of listing as marty's usual on some plow parts and It wasn't clear as to one piece or all pictured, but either way I came out ok at the price--got all pictured shipped in a timely manner.

I wonder how some of these online spats would be if business was conducted face to face--would you get along differently? Would the communication frustrations cease because you're speaking?
