I don't care how badly I might "need" his part, he wouldn't have to do me more than once, and it seems he has gotten to you several times. I have boughten several items over the years on eBay and only had one item that was bad. The lady was honestly not aware of the problem, refunded 100% of the bid price and shipping and we each left positive feedback. When she re-listed the item, she left out the bad part and noted that it was missing.
