Well Chief, I hate to say it, but ebaY isn't going to do anything for you that isn't related to a pay-off. I believe you'd need to be a billiionaire with a ton of good *** lawyers to get them to even consider dropping a cash cow like marty. I just went through a bucket load of BS with ebaY to get someone booted & nothing, they wont do it. They'll refund your money & hope you feel better about things. They may even entice you with a coupon.... but they will NOT do anything to jeporodise(sp?) their PR or income. F'em! It's all you can do.
