Just FYI, you are not allowed to use feedback as a threat. Asking for a apology, asking for your buying ban to be lifted and asking for a retraction of character assassination comments is viewed by Ebay as feedback extortion. Why would you care about that? Because if Marty is smart enough to complain to Ebay about it, its a slam dunk case to get ALL of your feedback against Marty removed. Not only does that make Marty look better but makes it much harder for the negative numbers that he earns from everybody else have any effect on him or his account.
When you do things like this, it makes you look bad and Marty look good in Ebays eyes, no mater what the truth is.
