i just recently took apart my 300s spin out wheels and sanded n wired them to almost bare metal, including jam blocks and harware etc and repainted everything. put everything back together and tightened it all up. is it normal when on inclines or pulling a load to hear a popping sound coming from the adjustments like they are settling in or something. i have retightened once and still get the popping noise and was wondering just how tight do you go on those nuts???
