I realize that and I agree. You also have a large stake in this though because YOU continue to do business with him. As Einstein said, Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Marty aint going to change, why are you expecting him to?

Its funny you say that because, yes in fact you can get most of that info at ebay.com. Did you know that Ebay has a huge forum? Tons of sellers post there every day sharing tricks on how to do business better. Unfortunatly many of the ways of doing business "better" is how to effectively stop buyers from making claims against the sellers. They openly share those tricks although they stop short of sharing the ones that are common but against Ebay rules.
If you have a specific goal in mind or a "tactical initiative" you would like to impliment, ask away. I already went over the LLC option and you shot that down (although I dont think you have a clue how easy it can be to set up an LLC in another state outside of where you live but I digress). If you got something in mind, somebody can help you but just whining that "Marty wont be a great seller and I want to buy his stuff" is nothing more than acting like an 8th grade girl. If thats all you are doing then all I can say is grow up.
