As a seller, it's not hard to get a good feedback number if you have alot of volume and alot of blocked bidders. When his blocked bidders list reaches the eBay limit of 5000, his feedback will tank. It would be interesting to know where he stands. eBay should report that score. That number says alot more than the contrived feedback system which has been rendered meaningless.
Even if a buyer gives him a positive but mentions some deficiency, that will be the last auction that buyer will be able to bid and submit feedback. Nobody gets a second chance to give Marty any disrespect unless the buyer bids under a new account which eBay doesn't allow.
There is also a significant likelihood that Marty may have his account rep void some of his negatives but that is just speculation.
