Thanks for the ideas. I liked the screw and penny ideas but the hole is on the 90° bend between the bottom and the side. Since I can't braze, I went with JBWeld. I tried to drill out with a 1/16" bit and it pushed right through. I kept going up in size until I actually had to DRILL to get through, which was 3/32". Dremel-ed it clean and shiny inside and out, degreased with mineral spirits, and pushed the JBWeld through the hole from the inside, filling the dimple nicely on the outside and leaving some in the bend in the inside. It looks good to me.
