Yes I understand all that you have written. The thing I don't understand is why you don't just drop this.
1. Nothing you say here will affect how this guy is. As long as he's making money he's happy and isn't going to change. So if you are trying to change him from this forum I think yer beating a dead horse. Guys like me wouldn't have done business with him after several post about him in the past and the others who use him and are happy with him are going to keep buying from him.
2. You pinged this guy pretty good with you very first post so why keep on. Now you are to the point of trying to justify why you can't just drop it.
3. Even with his good prices he has in your opinion messed you over or tried to. This has raised your blood pressure, bored us with your rant and make some people think that you cannot be reasoned with. All because you want to save a buck and have repeatedly given this guy a chance to mess you over again. That's call making yourself into a victim and elects little or no sympathy from me
4. OK you got the problem fixed this time after much give and take between both of you and Ebay staff. So OK, I'm happy for you but there is no need to gloat. You did it to yourself in the 1st place by allowing this guy a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or more chance to stick it to you. All so you can rub your Scrooge like hands together while counting the coin you saved. A simple post of "hey problems fixed" would have been good. If this had been the first time you had problems with this guy then I could see you gloating a bit.
So we are at a point in time that you should just drop this whole thing.

It was on one such Saturday in the early 1940's when Sam was 16 years old that he ended up in Dennison, Kansas to watch a demonstration of a new tractor being put on by a local dealer.
