Remove the pins and bolts, etc., Fasten a come-a-long to the rear axle of the tractor, and the other end to the lower part of the spindle, and then tighten up the come-a-long. Use plenty of penetrating oil and rap on that center tube with a hammer, and eventually it should all come loose. Might take a day or two, but keep tension on that come-a-long.
