Charlie, I will second with mkirsch below on the 1066 open station. Just about a bullet proof tractor, IMO. Just remember that engine Does Not Like to do light work (ie idle to 1/2 throttle) for extended work period. They tend to start slobbering oil out the exhaust. If and when it happens, just hook up to a heavy tillage plow and have her pulling at full throttle for a half a day and all will be well. They just don't like light duty they really do prefer to be wrung out, Balls to the wall, screaming at the top of their lungs. They are not a great chore tractor in that reguard. The 1066 open station is my pick. Just watch your idle time. Later, John A.
