Pulling sleeves from a Super M

Having trouble getting the last sleeve out of my super m, the first three came out easy, but the last one stopped halfway out, and I stripped the threads off of my sleeve puller. I have been told that if you take and electric welder and weld up the sleeve, it will crack and fall right out, Will this work? If not, any Ideas on how to finish getting the sleeve out.
