It seems as though that tractor model did not have a lift pump, in the line from the tank, to the injector pump. Once you have fuel from the tank to the injector pump there are usually two bleed screws, upper and lower,on the injector pump. These need air free fuel flowing from them, lower first, close bleed screw, then upper, close bleed screw. Loosen the injector feed pipe at #1 injector and attempt to start the engine with the starter. When all the air is pumped out of the injector line, the tractor should start-on #1 at first, then all four.
If many attempts have been made to start , before doing the above, I have found it sometimes needs all the injectors removed, the engine spun over , just to clear the amassed fuel/guck. With injectors replaced and the lines bled, it usually starts right away. This is how I start my relatives 434,I think it is basically the same as yours.
