Bill, It looks as you have the rear wheels still on your tractor just the rubber is missing. It looks as they are the solid hub and wheel combo that has your brake drum included somebody has just added or adapted the air tires around them. That is the center that your hard rubber was bonded on at one time.I would like to know if you find out where to get new rubber put on as I have a early 10-20 indusrtial with hard rubber that needs new rubber installed to. The archives could have pictures or the 150 years of IH book has some black and white pictures to give you an idea. Looks like you have most of the crucial parts already still there so it will be a fun project to put back correct.I will look at my parts book and see if it has any dimensions on the rubber that is supposed to be there.
