You need upper o ring GA 407748 and GA 404762 is lower o ring. Unscrew barrel from pump, pull out plunger, clamp shaft in vice just under knob, then unscrew knob. Push plunger out of barrel to replace plunger o ring, top o ring goes next to hex for knob to seal against with hold down screw. If copper gasket looks bad, part number is GA 404770, all are AMBAC parts, IH may be able to cross.
