More HP from 113 CID?

How is the best way to get the most HP from the IH113? I'm going to overhaul my A and plan to use the increased 3-1/8 bore sleeves and high compression pistons. What else can be done? Are there any other cams available? If so, where from? What about carbs? Is the carb for the IH123 any different? If I have the rotating assembly balanced, how many more rpms will it safely turn, and what would need to be done to the governer? Hope to here from some of you pulling guys. I know that you have been down this road with the antiques before.
