Def not original been repainted at dealership. Our friends family owned 3 ih dealerships in pa anytime a tractor came in for extensive repairs they would paint them and put on new decals. The fact is the vinyl seat is later then what would have been on a m, the paint on the belt,coil,and wires is a tell tale sign of repaint.and does not have original wiring harness. Still a nice peice though.
