You can run SAE 90, 80W90, 85W140 or even straight 140. You can pull the bearing if you want to, but if you can't move the axle up and down with the wheel off, it is probably ok. When I did my Super H I took the axles and housings off and replaced the seals along with the gaskets between the rear case and the housing. I had the bearings out, and decided that they were ok. Currently doing the same thing to my Super M. I did replace the ones in my 460 high utility because I could move the axles.
