Most W(D)-9s were upgraded/came with live hyd. It was standard equipment WAY earlier on the 9s than on all the other tractors from what I have seen. Then there was an improvement package that most were upgraded with.
If the one your looking at doesn't have live power I just bought a parts engine that has the live pump on it.
