In regards to being depressed about what someone else did. You are allowing them to control your emotional state. Don't get depressed. There are several things I have learned about people in my 40 years here on the planet. 1. Hurting people hurt other people. 2. Stupid people will always say stupid things. 3 People are illogical. Very few people can look at thw facts and formulate opinions without emotional bias. I deal with people daily and I find great solice in knowing that I am one the few people who strives to upligft others, speak out of a position of knowledge, and to think as accurately as possible.
