First off, welcome to the forum.
Now, for the good and bad news.
Good news: the F-series and 10-20, 15-30, etc. have a low pressure oil system, so no worries on the lower oil pressure. The crank runs on roller bearings and the rods are splash lubricated.
Bad news: The flywheel requires a super heavy duty puller to pull off. The original was called a Greb Puller. Those fly-wheels are on TIGHT, plus add 75 years of crud and solidified oil. Not an easy task even with the correct tool to pull it. good luck, others may provide insight into alternative methods to remove.
Lastly, the rear seal is nothing more than a felt ring. These old girls seeped oil when they were new. I commented in an older post that I think the felt "seals" were more to keep the dirt out than the oil in.
I wish you luck on this if you don't have the correct puller for the flywheel.......
