IMHO, the "lineage" broke down in 1963.
To say that the 806 "replaced" the 560, to me, is pure madness. There is no comparison to what an 806 will do over a 560.
The 806 has 35HP and two tons on the 560. It's a whole different class of tractor.
Heck if you believe IH, the 460 is the replacement for the 450. They wanted you to believe the 560 was a whole different class of tractor too.
A tractor that replaces a previous model generally has a modest HP increase (10-20%), and incorporates the technological advances of the time. 560 to 806 is way too much of a jump IMHO.
