When I rebuilt the motor in my cub last year I built a handy device that you may find useful. I took a large piece of angle iron, drilled it to match the holes on the bellhousing where implements would be bolted on. I then found a caster and a long piece of angle iron. I put a plate on the end of the angle iron and attached the caster. I then drilled both pieces of angle iron and attached them. I left the new piece a bit long so that it was supporting the whole tractor while I had the engine lift supporting the front. This setup worked REAL NICE!! I have done the blocking trick before, but the chance of it falling are real high! Also. When I seperated the tractor I could roll the rear end away and put it in another part of the garage. It sat this way for months while I rebuilt the motor. Give it a try! Sorry I don't have any pictures.
