Two possible answers to the Sound. Tires can flatspot. This causes them to whack the ground once per revolution. The second and probable, is loose front wheel clamps. SOmetimes they require new bolts to cure the damaged threads. Purchase a pawn shop box end wrench, and bend it so the box end is at a 45degree angle to the left. at about 1 inch from the place where it joins the handle. Jim
