Thanx for the replies and the advice. I'll do both while I've got it apart. Decided to do the front first, then assemble the front end to the engine and do the rear. Appreciate the reminder about the wedges. Haven't taken the pulley off yet, but is there a machined portion of the pulley which fits into the inside diameter of the seal? If so, that would explain not tightening the front cover down til the pulley is back on.
