The IH number was IH 1102B, not sure that can be mixed. You can use the 1936-mid 1949 cross of IH 50 to PPG 70019, or the IH 2150/PPG 71310. IH 2150 did not appear until 1961, but is used by "most" people. The rims were galvanized so there is no official color. I use PPG 8568, a silver-gray GM rally wheel color. 71310 will have an orange tint to it, depending on what color your eyes see, it may or may not be a problem. Bear in mind, that due to the time involved and EPA regulations, that the original colors do not exist anymore. That is about as straight an answer as you will find.
