Thanks Gene. I did take the fuel line in to a parts store and got a metal setup to put in both sides but to sediment bowl side which was new started to pull out the first round of thread trying to crush the crush washer. I thought that would happen if I tryed it on the carb. The new sediment bowl took a plastic fitting of 1/8 mip with 1/4 hose barb.( went in easy I;m hopein it doesn't leak) I have a 1/4 mip to 1/4 hose barb but I can't tell if its different dia.. It does seem to have the same threads at 1.25. Guess if I tryed it it would only mess up the plastic threads. This is a "working" tractor so to speak. I am changing from low exhaust to pipe through the hood. I have a different hood tank and have Caswell-ed the tank and put on new sediment bowl and will change manifold. Painting will come later. Wanted to use it if we got snow to plow the driveway. I should have had this done but... We don't get too much snow in Maryland but when we do it nicer to plow the drive then to shovel. Only about 100+ ft double car wide but it was nice to plow. Plus when the plow is working I can do the neighbors driveways also. Thanks again, bill
