The last picture does seem to indicate a pintal. The third picture shows something else but is a better picture although not that great.
He says he wants a diesel mag. Why didn't he check out eBay? There is one currently or within the last few days. Don't think he has what it takes to get it running. Don't even think he could separate the steering wheel from the steering shaft.
Of course, it is not about the steering wheel or mag. He just wants off-eBay offers on the whole or parts. It's a cheap way to get national exposure at a low cost. But he might do better placing a free ad at YT. That assumes he knows about this site which is unlikely.
