This tractor probably will never run again. If it does, it will almost surely need more help than the magneto. He probably doesn't really want a mag, either. He's mentioning a mag/parts leading people to the idea that putting a mag on it and fueling it up will allow you to fire it right up. Typical advertising to lead people to believe something is in better shape than it is in. This is probably one of those ID-9's that a nice little old lady drove around the quarry every Sunday until she died in 1960 and has sat ever since.
It's a fairly rare tractor, but very few will want to open their wallet up wide enough to make that engine purr again.
