It is common to replace the entire bottom, including frog with the Super Chief. The late model CaseIH plows were the same design. Any 700(700-710-720) series plow should have the Supers, and many others since the mid 60s.
I would say your bottoms are pretty good, you could try filling in the holes on the moldboard with hardface. Some guys around here talk about doing things like that to their plows. The points probably have been replaced, they are nice and long. As long as you can find replacement wear parts you can leave it as is with a patch job, but there's a reason the Super Chiefs are a common swap--parts availability.
