I am not sure about the front bolster, but I think there should be room. Crank pulley definitely needs to come off, the nut is easy to remove with a large crescent wrench if you don't have the correct wrench or socket. There is a stealth bolt on the governor that hides and will prevent the cover from coming off if it is not removed. It tends to get covered with oil/grease and dirt. Zach
