There should be a lug on the chute near the base. Attach one end of the cable wrap it counterclockwise around the chute once and then go to pulley on the auger drive side, then to the pulley on the other side, then back to the same lug that holds the other end of the cable.
The cable should turn freely through the pulleys when you rotate the chute by hand, Angle the chute hard to the auger drive side then use a cable clamp to make a loop in the cable for the swing rod. You may have to adjust the cable clamp to get the chute to swing properly.
